I recently bought a home in Santa Barbara, CA to be closer to our children and grandchildren. For several years I had been looking from my home in Maryland and had very narrow requirements in terms of location and price. I met Kevin several years ago at an elementary school function and told him of my needs. He listened carefully and kept me posted on all houses coming on the market. We came back to the Hall Team three times. About eight years ago, we helped our daughter and son-in-law buy their first home. It was a short-sale situation, and the Hall team was there to make it happen. Kevin is an extraordinary guy: patient, persistent, professional, and highly experienced. Short sales can be complicated and drawn out, but Kevin came through in a timely fashion and helped push it through. As our kids have grown, my wife and I decided it was time to leave the house we had little kids in, and look for a quieter neighborhood with a little more property.
